The Petersen Real Estate Group, formerly known as Next Avenue Partners was formed by Michael Petersen in 2019 in an effort to rethink how real estate teams are structured, operate and best serve their clients. Michael saw that "mega-teams" across the country were missing the mark when best serving the clients. Bigger teams meant less overall experience, more cracks for clients to fall through and poor training standards across the board. He also looked at micro-teams and realized they just weren't enough when it came to serving the clients and properly leveraging new tech, AI, proprietary systems and providing a VIP level experience.

Michael's mission became simple. Put together an elite group of agents who had experience in their own real estate business and elevate what they were already doing to achieve even more. Surround them with real tools and systems that move the needle in their business and make the transaction easier for the clients. On top of that make and design custom trainings and coaching from Michael to ensure the highest of standards are met. Lastly but most importantly do it with good people. At the end of the day it wasn't about building it with the top performers, but the right individuals who are genuine, honest, work with integrity and have a passion for real estate and the clients. He knew if he could achieve this the rest would fall into place and that is exactly what he did.

Today The Petersen Real Estate Group has licensed agents in both Texas and Colorado and serving the Dallas, Fort-Worth Metroplex and Denver & Colorado Springs as their primary markets, but not limited to. As a tight knit team of great agents and better people Michael's vision and leadership continues to help propel the team forward and provide new opportunities for its agents and the clients they serve.
