A great example of this is never answering their phone and communicating directly with their clients. Only working 9-4pm M-F. Doing the bear minimum to provide information on listings. Ultimately the clients are the ones who pay the price and thats utterly unacceptable.

Michaels new and modern approach is simple. We're going to give our clients world class communication and updates. If they need us they will be able to reach us because their business is our business and we want them to succeed. When we market and list thier properties we deploy every option available to us in terms of professional photography, videography, renderings, social media and online reach.

We may not have 50 years of experience, be a legacy brokerage, or have a million letter after our name.
